No picture

  • No image on screen

Is the device powered on?

No? - Check the “No power” troubleshoot below

Yes? - Try changing the HDMI cable and HDMI port, make sure it's set to the correct output port

  • Wrong picture/content

Wrong content? See guide: «Change displayed product»
If it’s a touch screen or an info screen with no overlay - Contact us

  • Screen turns off by itself after a while

The problem is most likely on the screen itself, check the ECO settings and timer settings to make sure it’s turned off.

No internet

If taking out and in the power does not work, contact us, and we will help you. (You will need a mouse)

No power

  1. Check for a blue light coming from the device
  2. Make sure the cable is connected to the correct input (DC)
  3. Try changing the power cable with a known working one
  4. Still no power? Report it as defective by contacting us

No touch

  • Panel:
  1. Make sure the cable is connected
  2. Disconnect and reconnect the cables
  • Screen
  1. Same as panel, check the cables, especially the USB cable (if frozen)
  2. Go to settings (on the screen) and make sure the touch control is set to control the device and not the screen

No sound

  • Roof
  1. Make sure the source is turned on and the volume is set below 50 %
  2. Check if there is a blue or green light from the amplifiers hanging near the speakers
  • Soundbar
